There are bookkeepers you can hire, assistants you may already have and a lot of these online companies that promise they can help your business in all different areas by simply signing up with their service online. But there is no one person out there who will personally assist you in all areas of opening and running a small business unless you are ready to pay a full time person to do the job.

We are office managers for hire on a per project basis to help you get organized and legalized in the Portland area. In a nutshell we can assist you with putting together an organized administrative paperwork system, bookkeeping system and/or with the design of your first website and/or marketing materials.
